RIYADH – Hussain Al-Qahtani, portavoce del Centro Nazionale di Meteorologia (NCM), ha confermato che in Arabia Saudita non esistono progetti o programmi di dissipazione delle nuvole.

Al-Qahtani ha detto che l’Arabia Saudita ha solo un programma per aumentare la semina delle nuvole con l’obiettivo di aumentare le precipitazioni, indicando che il Regno è un Paese semi-desertico e ha bisogno di acqua in qualsiasi momento.
